Knox Leone and Vivienne Marcheline, honorary citizens of Nice, France
Even before they were born, local officials of the city of Nice in France have announced that the twins would become honorary citizens of the place. The mayor have said before that this event would be a very great honor for the people of Nice and that they are very honored to have Angelina give birth to their babies in their city. This in return would make Knox Leone and Vivienne Marcheline honorary citizens of the place and that every time they would come back to Nice, they would be greatly honored by the people.
Actually there’s no need to do that, no matter what happens, they are the children of Brad Pitt and Angeline Jolie, wherever they may ever go, the people would most probably honor them. Though through the event of them being born in the city, that not just only makes them honored but it also makes the citizens honored as well. They are the only ones who could say that “the babies of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were born in our city.”
But lately, there was a protest by local people regarding the media attention being given so much to the couple and the twins, that other important news were being considered as “disregarded” by the media and the local officials. Well, this sounds awkward with regards to the proclamation of “honorary citizens” being given to the babies. But no matter what, the fact still remains that the babies were still born on the place and it makes the place all the more special for them and for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie as well.
Probably in the future when Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline grow up, there would be a great chance that they will be coming back to the place that they were born. Now that they are still babies, the press have been so anxious about them, what more if they grow up and become much big time celebrities? Who knows, maybe their return to Nice won’t be half as crazy as their stay today. We’ll just have to wait until they leave and return for the second time around, then we could see how “honorary citizens” they really are.
